McNEILLasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received any protests from local authorities with regard to the insufficient representation of such authorities on the Committee he has appointed to consider and report on the supply of electrical power in the United Kingdom; and whether, having regard to the part taken by municipalities in the supply of electrical power, he will give increased representation on the Committee to the local authorities?
