Colonel Lord HENRY CAVENDISH-BENTI NCKasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that there are many men who have served in the Expeditionary Force in France for two years or more and who have only been granted one period of leave, and also men in the Eastern Forces who have never been home since they left this country more than two years ago; and whether he will arrange that steps shall be taken that, as far as is consistent with military necessity, these men shall be given a period of rest at home?
