Mr. ROBERTSThe answer to this question must depend on the exact facts of each particular case. The construction to be placed on the definition of "show-cards" is, of course, a matter which can only be determined by the Courts, but the Board of Trade as at present advised incline to the view that cardboard boxes would not come within the definition merely on the ground that they contain articles dealt with, but different considerations might arise if the cardboard boxes were themselves used to display the articles or representations thereof.
