§ Mr. JOWETTasked the Under-Secretary of State for War, respecting the case of a soldier now forty years of age who has completed seventeen years' service in the Army, including active service in South Africa for which he holds two medals, who was with the Expeditionary Force at Mons, was in hospital last November with trench fever, and was afterwards classified in B 2 category for garrison duty at home or abroad, whether it is in order under Army Council instructions for him to be sent to serve with a field ambulance and kept there notwithstanding his physical condition; and, if not, how the soldier in question must proceed in order to obtain his transference to duties in accordance with his classification?
