§ Mr. JOWETTasked the Minister of Munitions if he is aware that owing to a second munitions factory explosion taking place in the near neighbourhood of a recent one certain poor people, whose cottages are now damaged for a second time, are suffering serious hardship by reason of the fact that no payment has yet been made to compensate for the damage caused by the first explosion, and if he will see that compensation is paid without further delay?
