§ Mr. HOGGEasked the Minister' of Pensions why a soldier who otherwise would be discharged under paragraph 392, XVI., is transferred to Class W Reserve where he cannot apply for pension, and, more frequently than not, is incapable of working?
§ Mr. FORSTERA soldier who would be entitled to a pension if discharged is not transferred to Section W, but to Section P. It is not intended that any men unfit to work should be transferred to Section W. If the hon. Member knows of a case I shall be glad to have particulars.
