§ Colonel YATEasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether the question will now be considered of the grant of some maintenance allowance by the Military Service (Civil Liabilities) Committee to wives and dependent mothers of officers who were in receipt of allowances while their husbands and sons were in the ranks and before they were promoted to be officers?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to him on the 13th ultimo. The officers referred to are eligible for grants from the Military Service (Civil Liabilities) Committee under the conditions stated in Special Army Order of the 14th March.
