§ Mr. GINNELL
asked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ire- 1152W land) whether the Department have received complants of losses of Irish eggs due to imperfect packing, careless handling in transit, and other causes; and, seeing that the two defects mentioned have been frequently brought under the notice of the Department, can he state any measures taken by the Department to obviate them?
§ Mr. RUSSELL
The steps taken by the Department in this matter were given in my reply of the 19th instant to a similar question by the hon. Member for West Wicklow. The Department fully recognise the importance of the subject.
