§ Sir JOHN LONSDALEasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland if he is aware that the salaries paid to national school teachers in Ireland are considerably below the standard rates of pay of school teachers in Great Britain, and that, consequently, these public servants are suffering hardships owing to the increase in prices due to the War; and if he will press upon the Treasury the necessity of providing funds for the payment to these teachers of a war bonus proportionate to the amount of salaries they received?
