§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLThe Department are doing all that is practicable to have the Report in question issued, and hope that it may be published before the end of the present year. It may be added that the compilation of this Report has been much handicapped by the fact that several of the staff previously employed in connection with it have joined His Majesty's Forces.
