§ Mr. McKENNAMy hon. Friend is under a misapprehension in stating that no sugar was on offer in Belfast in 1915, and supplies sent to Belfast now will be distributed in accordance with the Sugar Commission's usual arrangements, through the same channels and in the same proportions as last year.
