Pulling, has been discontinued since August, 1915; and whether, in view of the value of this work, he will give directions that its publication should be continued and brought up to date?
Mr. McKINNON WOODIt has been thought advisable, after consultation with the Departments chiefly interested, to ask the Editor to devote his time for the present to special manuals of emergency legislation, such as the "Defence of the Realm Manual," recently published. A munitions manual and a revised financial manual are now in course of preparation. When the special manuals urgently required are completed, renewed consideration will be given to the question of making additions to the general series.
