WHITEasked the Postmaster-General whether, having regard to the 1042W fact that his Department has monopolised the use of the Rotunda Gardens, Dublin, and deprived residents in the surrounding square and their children from the privilege of access to the gardens for which they contributed an annual sum, he will relieve those people so deprived of any further annual charge by contributing an equal amount from his Department during the time it continues to occupy the gardens?
