§ Mr. KEATINGasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that a man of particularly diminutive type, 5 feet 2 inches in height, weighing only 98 pounds, who has been rejected six times owing to defective heart, bad teeth, and hammer toes, has been recently called up for reexamination in the Manchester district, and has been passed for Class A; and will he take steps to prevent the military authorities from calling up inefficient men who are only a costly burden to the Army?
