§ Mr. MONTAGUI am not aware of the practice indicated in the first part of the question relating to leaving certificates, but if my hon. Friend will give me particulars I will cause inquiry to be made. In reply to the second part of the question, if this refers to unemployment books, I am informed by the Board of Trade that no alteration of the nature suggested has been made.
