§ Mr. BYRNEasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland if he will consider the advisability of restoring to their ordinary positions the constables of the Dublin Metropolitan Police who were penalised for the part taken in the recent dispute; and if he is aware that this course would be the means of restoring peace and good feeling amongst all classes in Dublin?
