§ Mr. LEWISI am not able to state in detail the arrangements made by the local education authorities in each area. The attitude of the Board of Education in the matter is explained in their Circular 943, of which I am sending the hon. and gallant Member a copy. A fresh Return, up to the 16th October, in continuation of the Return issued in July, will shortly be ready.
