§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Secretary to the Treasury if the 4s. bonus recently granted to the Civil Service applies to civilian male clerks, temporary, in record offices whose wages are about 33s. per week for from sixty to seventy hours; and, if the bonus is not being paid to this class, would it be extended to them?
