§ Mr. KENNEDYasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware 1741W that William Gordon, of Foxfield, Kilnalick, county Cavan, was arrested on Friday, 20th October, and remanded to Armagh the same day, deported thence on the 21st, and tried in Glasgow on the 25th, being fined 42s. and handed over to the military authorities; will he say if he has been returned to the Inniskillings at Omagh; whether this man was entitled to be tried and have legal advice at Kilnalick; and, in the interests of recruiting in this country, will he state whether such procedure will be altered or done away with altogether?
