§ Mr. W. THORNEasked whether it is proposed to pay bounties to the Territorials re-enlisted, retained, or recalled under the Military Service Act?
§ Mr. FORSTERMen compulsorily recalled or retained under the new Military Service Act will receive a bounty. This-includes Territorials. Men who voluntarily re-engaged before the Act was passed will be dealt with according to the Regulations which were in force at the time of their re-engagement.
