§ Mr. BYRNEasked the Under-Secretary of State for War what charge, if any, is to be made against Miss Rose Timmons, 2300W now in Richmond Barracks for the past fourteen days without trial; if there is any charge against her besides being a teacher of the Irish language under the National Board; and if he will order her immediate release?
§ Mr. TENNANTIf Miss Rose Timmons has no connection whatever with the rebellion or with the movements which fomented it, my hon. Friend may, I think, be assured that she will be released under the general instructions which have already been given.
