§ Mr. FIELDasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he is aware that dissatisfaction still continues on account of the delay in arranging an examining and receiving depot in Dublin; whether he is aware that its establishment would prove more economical and convenient than the present method; and whether, under these circumstances, he will take measures to carry out the promise made by the Duke of Connaught when Commander-in-Chief in Ireland to establish a depot in Dublin?
§ Mr. FORSTERI regret that I am unable to add anything to the full reply which I gave to my hon. Friend on the 9th December last.
