§ Mr. TREVELYANasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether there are any treaties between Great Britain and other countries of the same nature as the treaty between the United Kingdom and the United States of America, signed on 15th September, 1914, by which all disputes of every nature whatsoever have 1070W to be referred to investigation by an International Commission prior to a declaration of war?
