§ Mr. GILBERTasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been drawn to the increase in the number of house-to-house collections in London both by boxes and books, the names of war charities and other funds being used; and will he con- 868W sider if the police should make regulations for these collectors like those that have been made for all street collections in London?
