§ Mr. J. PEASEI have no reason to suppose that the average time between the posting of a letter in England and its delivery in Holland approaches that suggested by the hon. Member; but letters for foreign destinations are subject to examination by the military censors, and it is, of course, possible that for some special reason particular letters may be detained longer than usual during censorship.
