§ Mr. LOUGHasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the case of a letter dated 25th June, from the detention barracks at Woking, addressed to a Member of Parliament with regard to the release of a prisoner, which was opened by the Censor and detained until the 8th July; and why such long delay should take place in the examination and delivery of letters on such business to Members?
§ Mr. FORSTERIf the right hon. Gentleman will be good enough to produce the cover of the letter referred to, inquiry shall be made.
