WILSONasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he is aware that men belonging to the Royal Engineers receive 2d. or more per hour in addition to their ordinary pay when engaged on certain work, while men belonging to other regiments working at the same work along with the Royal Engineers receive no additional pay; if he is aware that this is causing dissatisfaction; and whether he will issue instructions that the men when engaged on the same kind of work shall receive the same rate of pay?
