§ Mr. DUKEThere are no permanent arbitrators appointed for the purposes of the Labourers Acts, but Mr. Mooney has been appointed as an arbitrator for several particular cases at the scale of remuneration set forth in Rule 54 of the Labourers (Ireland) Order, 1912.
