§ Mr. TENNANTAlthough some partial lists of prisoners of war in the hands of the Turks have been received, they do not in any case purport to give a complete statement of the men of any particular unit or formation who are prisoners, but my hon. Friend would, I fear, be wrong in assuming that all those who have been reported as missing will eventually be reported as prisoners of war.
