§ Mr. RICHARDSasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that proposals are now being considered by the Canadian Parliament to enable soldiers to vote in any election that may take place during their absence on military duty; and whether he is prepared to make arrangements for the same right to be granted to those electors in this country who have undertaken military or naval duty and who desire to exercise the franchise in the coming parochial elections?
