HC Deb 02 March 1915 vol 70 c653W
Mr. LEICESTER HARMSWORTH

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can see his way to reduce the charge or fee required to be paid by persons who have become citizens of the United States of America but who desire to resume their British citizenship?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. McKenna)

This matter was recently considered when the fee for a certificate of naturalisation was reduced from £5 to £3. I should not feel justified in reopening the question.
