§ Mr. STUART-WORTLEYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in devising the promised Amendment to the Price of Coal (Limitation) Bill, he will consider the case of industrial co-operative societies who have contracted for the purchase of coal without the intervention of the merchant, with a view to its sale to working people on the principle of restricted profits?
