§ Mr. BYRNEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether it is by the direction of the Treasury or on their own initiative that the Irish Insurance Commissioners refuse to print insurance cards in 642W Irish or even refuse to recognise cards printed in Irish by approved societies for Irish-speaking insured persons; and if he will take steps to have cards printed in Irish recognised by the Insurance Commissioners?
