§ Mr. KEIR HARDIEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has received a resolution from the Merthyr Tydvil County Borough Trades Council urging him, in view of the abnormal increase in the prices of food and necessaries of life, to increase the 5s. per week paid to old age pensioners; and whether he can say what decision he has come to on the matter?
