§ Mr. FIELDasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he is aware that two All-Ireland meetings, held in Dublin Mansion House, unanimously asked for inquiry regarding the conditions under which the Irish live stock industry is operated, the circumstances which led up to rigid safeguarding restrictions, and the different methods in administration, respecting period of detention, area, and regulations as carried out in Great Britain rersus Ireland; and whether, in view of the fact that an arrangement on those points to facilitate trade would be advantageous to both countries, he will consider the advisability of having the proposed inquiry held at an early and convenient date?
