§ Mr. MITCHELL-THOMSONasked the Chief Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to a resolution passed by the members of the Collooney branch of the United Irish League warning an individual from Killoran, whose cattle are booked to graze on the Doorla ranch, that he would be well advised to seek grazing elsewhere; and whether any steps are being taken to protect the cattle and the individual referred to in this resolution?

§ Mr. BIRRELLI have seen a newspaper report of a meeting at which the resolution is supposed to have been passed. Adequate protection will be given to anyone placing cattle on the farm referred to, but up to the present no person from Killoran has done so.
