§ Mr. LANE-FOXasked the Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that the National Reserve is a force raised by authority of and controlled by the Army Council through the Territorial County Associations, the Royal Army Medical Corps units of that Reserve are entitled to the benefits and protection of the Geneva Convention to the same extent as any other Royal Army Medical Corps units; whether, therefore, he can reconsider his refusal to sanction the wearing of the Geneva cross on parade by the members of the Royal Army Medical Corps detachments of the National Reserve; and, if not, will he state his reason?

§ Mr. TENNANTThe National Reserve is a register of trained officers and soldiers and the Army Council do not recognise it as containing, and it does not contain, any medical or other units or formations.
