§ Mr. CHARLES DUNCANasked the Postmaster-General whether he will inquire into the cause of the dismissal of an employé at the General Post Office refreshment branch at Mount Pleasant; whether he is aware that the Department subsidises this refreshment committee; and whether he is aware that the Department appoints the majority of the members of the management committee?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to his question about this case on the 29th of April. I am aware of the facts mentioned by him, but the employé in question was not a servant of the Post Office, and I am not prepared, therefore, to inquire into his case.
