§ Dr. MACNAMARANo men in the Director of Works' Department at Sheerness have yet been established. Delay has arisen because of the desire to meet the claim to establishment of certain men in the Works' Department at the various yards over fifty years of age. The matter has now been adjusted and the appointments contemplated will forthwith be made. There will, as I have previously said, be further additions to the established list in the coming financial year.
