Mr. BAKERNotices have been and are being sent out to all owners of horses and vehicles which may be required on emergency, not only to Wales but to all parts of the United Kingdom. I am sending the hon. Gentleman a copy of the notice referred to. I need hardly add that this notice has nothing whatever to do with possible disturbances in any part of the United Kingdom.
