asked the Secretary to the Treasury the lowest grade of the permanent staff, and the initial salary of that grade, employed on clerical duties in the Tea and Dry Goods Accounts, Long Room, His Majesty's Customs and Excise, London, on the 1st April, 1901, and 1st April, 1913, respectively?
