§ Sir WILLIAM BYLES
asked the President of the Board of Agriculture whether any complaint has been received by the Office of Works with reference to the exclusion of the public desiring to be served with refreshments at the Kew Gardens pavilion from the lawns surrounding the temporary tea house; and whether it is in accordance with the contractor's agreement that the choicest positions on the 51W lawns should be monopolised by tables at which teas can only be obtained at a fixed charge of 1s., those requiring a simpler meal being relegated to a dusty tent or a few inferior positions adjacent thereto?
§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENN
A complaint has just been received. The matter will be looked into, and any injustice removed.
