§ Mr. BIRRELLThe number of men who left the Royal Irish Constabulary during the period 1st January to 30th June last is as follows:—Pensioned, 122; Discharged on gratuity, 9; Resigned, 126; Dismissed or discharged for misconduct, 11. I hope to introduce the Bill at the earliest possible opportunity.
