§ Mr. BIRRELLThe estate referred to has been acquired by the Estates Commissioners, and arrangements have been made for the erection of a dwelling for the evicted tenant, who is to be provided with a holding on the estate, and the existing buildings on the property will be converted into dwelling-houses for the purchasers. The reply to the latter part of the question is in the affirmative.
