Sir HERBERT ROBERTSasked the Under-Secretary for India whether any distilleries or other buildings used in the manufacture of intoxicating liquors in India are the property of the Government; whether the Government own sites which have been leased for distillery purposes; and, if so, whether he will state how many buildings and sites are included in these categories, and in which provinces they are situated?
