§ Mr. HOBHOUSEPresumably the hon. and gallant Member intended to refer to clause 22 of the agreement with the company. No reasons have been suggested to ma which make me think it necessary to make inquiry as to the ability of the company to carry out the indemnity referred to in the clause.
