§ The PRIME MINISTERThe terms of reference to the Committee, which I announced on Wednesday last, include all issues arising out of the Holt Report. The grievances of members of the Post Office engineering staff will accordingly fall within the scope of the Committee's inquiry, but the case of the retrenched officials will not.
