§ Sir WALTER NUGENTasked the Chief Secretary if the National Board of Education have requisitioned the Treasury for authority to pay arrears of salary due to teachers promoted to higher grades from the 1st April, 1909, to 1st April, 1913; whether the necessary authorisation has been given; and, if so, when payment of those arrears will be made?
