Mr. LAMBERTApproximately eighty-seven acres are required by the Admiralty at Cromarty. It was decided by the Arbiter that the usual practice should be followed, and reporters not admitted. With regard to publication, perhaps my hon. Friend will allow me to answer that question when the proceedings are more nearly terminated.
