§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELAs regards the year 1911, I may refer to the paragraph on page 57 of the Report of the Registrar-General, and as regards 1912, to the table given on page 213 of the Report of the Medical Officer of the Local Government Board for 1912–13. It is intended to continue the latter tabular statement in future years.
